The Challenge
With three unique editions across three years including two virtual ones due to coronavirus pandemic, TEDxSFIT needed a consistent yet evolving design system that could scale with the growing ambition of the event. Each edition came with a new theme, new speakers, and the demand to create standout visuals that matched the TEDx global reputation while appealing to a diverse audience.

The Solution
Over the years, we designed for TEDxSFIT with a focus on adaptability, clarity, and energy. For the virtual editions, we created animated motion graphics and virtual presentation assets that elevated the TEDx Talks experience. For social media, we implemented a strategy aimed at building momentum organically through explainer videos, countdowns stories, and even an Instagram AR filter to get audiences interacting pre-event.
We used animations to enhance TEDx Talks, designed merchandise, and ensured every creative touchpoint reflected the yearly theme in fresh, cohesive ways.
The Result
TEDxSFIT sold out every year, growing its digital footprint with each edition. Engagement rates climbed across platforms, audience felt enagaged and videos earned strong viewership post-event. Our consistent, on-time delivery enabled the organizing team to focus on speaker curation and experience while the brand narrative took care of itself.
